All About Fitness

My name is Terri Bodden, Owner of Finish Line Training Studio. I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and RRCA Certified Running Coach as well as a Certified TRX Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach. My main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle and I have been training individuals and groups for over 10 years. My aim is not only to transform your body, improve running skills and speed and build confidence but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
